Corporate Sponsorship

Co-Sponsor

¨        To co-sponsor a symposia or event; the corporate sponsor fee is $10,000.00 (ten thousand dollars).  This sponsorship includes the corporate marketing name or logo on every aspect of the conference proceedings encompassing the printed announcement, any marketing materials, a banner or poster board display at the meeting site, participant materials, and on the company web site – www.isciencex.com.  As a Co-sponsor; four (4) colleagues from the same company may attend the event with waived registration as a courtesy.

Corporate Sponsor

¨        To be a corporate sponsor, the fee is $5000.00 (five thousand dollars).  This includes the company name mentioned in the printed announcement, a logo on the ISE web site and inclusion of an advertisement in the participant proceedings binder. As a corporate sponsor; three (3) colleagues from the same company may attend the event with waived registration as a courtesy.

Banquet Sponsor

¨        To sponsor any of the various banquet events the fee is stated below.  The corporate name will be conspicuously displayed at the banquet.  The company name will be included in the meeting proceedings binder.  As a banquet sponsor, two (2) colleagues form the same company may attend the event with waived registration as a courtesy.  **Based on Menu choices**

**Welcome Reception:      $3000.00 (average)

**Breakfast:                     $1000.00 /per day (1 each day) (average)

**Breaks:                         $1000.00 /per day (2 each day) (average)

Exhibitor

¨        To exhibit at an event the fee is $2000.00 (two thousand dollars).  This includes a space near or in the meeting room, exhibit requirements stated by contracted exhibitor if needed, a company logo in the program announcement, and acknowledgment in the participant proceedings binder.  As an exhibitor, one (1) colleague from the same company may attend the event with waived registration as a courtesy and any persons after one from the same company will receive a 50% discount off the registration fee.
